Are you looking to add an artist that will get attention?  If so, a stilt walker is someone that you should consider.  Guests can't ignore the man or woman towering above all others.  Stilt walkers mingling with crowds taking pictures and just having conversations always get alot of smiles.  They can be in costume to coordinate with your event as well.
